Privacy Policy
Last updated October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how CloudHomi (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects information about you when you visit our website, book a service, call us, or receive messages from us. We keep it short and only collect what we need to do the work you ask for.
1. What we collect
Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, business details and anything you include in a booking, quote request, email or call. Records of calls and messages with us, which may include call recordings and transcripts where our AI receptionist answers. Payment details are entered directly with our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. Basic technical information about visits to our website, such as pages viewed and device type, so we can keep the site working well.
2. How we use it
To respond to you, schedule and deliver the services you book, send quotes, invoices and receipts, provide support, and keep records our business is required to keep. We also use it to protect our customers and our services from fraud and abuse.
3. Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business — for example our payment processor, email and phone/messaging providers, and hosting — and only as needed for them to provide that service to us, or where the law requires it.
4. Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in, we’ll text you about your booking, appointments, quotes and invoices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help; you can also contact us at hello@cloudhomi.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the providers that deliver our messages, solely to send them.
5. Calls
Calls to our numbers may be answered by an AI receptionist and may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately and improve our service. If you’d prefer not to be recorded, let us know and we’ll arrange another way to help.
6. How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
7. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails or texts, by contacting us. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit access to people who need it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
